However, this cost is offset by the long-term benefits of high-volume production and durability.<\/p>\n<p>Die Casting Mold and Tool Wear: Over time, after about 100,000 parts, die casting tooling can wear down, leading to defects and decreased part quality. Regular monitoring and maintenance are essential to address this issue.<\/p>\n<p>Alloys Material Limitations: Certain metal alloys, especially those with high melting points, can present challenges in die casting.
